Founded in 1995 by two computer specialists who saw the need for reliable computer support services, B&D System Engineers was born to offer a level of customer service to the small business sector that was never seen before. By developing a support model based on preventative solutions and services, and to concentrate on maintaining them, B&D realized that the cost of maintaining equipment was considerably less than replacing it. This support model helped us achieve 20 years of successful long-term relationships with growing businesses.
Assisting and educating clients to help them better understand their technology and the industry.
Being honest and forthright with our clients even at the cost of a potential sale.
Maintaining an uncompromising level of integrity throughout our internal business processes.
Providing the best quality solution and highest level of service; and to meet these commitments at a price that is both fair to B&D and to the client.
Our mission is to provide first-class quality solutions to our clients, with an unprecedented approach level of service and customer support. We want the client to feel comfortable and satisfied as their ICT needs are met and handled by our experienced hands.
As a result of our large and varied client base, we’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience on what a small to medium business needs in terms of information and communication systems. We have learnt that every business is different and has its own unique ICT needs.
Therefore, we do not see ourselves as a one-size-fits-all type of business but rather one that will take the time to get to know your unique business needs, in order to effectively run that business.
Initially, we offer a free consultation where we will meet with you to evaluate what you have; what you need and what your future goals are.
We will concentrate on finding answers to the following questions:
How can our solutions improve the productivity of your business?
What processes can we automate for you in order to improve your efficiency?
Which of your assets are no longer cost effective and need replacing?
What type of equipment or software will best suit your business?
What processes could we implement to increase your production?
Which methods and technologies could we implement to protect your intellectual property?
What systems need to be in place to ensure your business survives a catastrophe?
How can we reduce the cost of owning and maintaining your existing equipment?
What tasks can we perform for you that will reduce the burden on yourself and/or your employees?
Which of our solutions will best match the size and budget of your business?
What technology solutions will you need over time to help your business grow?
